You attended the seminar, you listened, you did the exercises, but you just didn’t get anything from it. I can honestly say that I’ve personally attended a few classes like this myself. Worse yet, I can honestly say that I’ve created and instructed a few classes like this. The Trainer is doing their best. They just might need a little help.
